REGISTRATION 

There are two easy ways to register by September 13^th to take advantage of our 2008 rates:

1. Register By Mail using online forms at www.scgsoftball.net
2. Register in person Saturday, September 13^th from 1-3pm at the Livesey Club,

5 Hopkins Street in Fairhaven. 

What’s required to register:

1. Registration Form
2. Waiver form for Acushnet fields
3. Copy of the birth certificate
4. Check for registration fee noted on the form for your division

Reminder:  The higher 2009 rates go into effect on September 14, 2008.
