As a family in the South Coast Girls Softball, Inc., we agree to the following rules and regulations:

Ø       There will be no refunds

Ø       Metal tip spikes will not be allowed

Ø       No jewelry

Ø       Any player who quits during the season cannot play for   another team in the league for the remainder of the season

Ø       No smoking

Ø       Must participate in all league fundraisers

Ø       Vulgar language, harassment, and fighting between parents players, coaches or umpires will not be tolerated

Ø       Must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth in the  bylaws of this league

* No player will be allowed to play in multiple softball recreational leagues at the same time. ( example: player can play for SCGS and can also play on a Tournament travel, or AAU team, but cannot be registered in another Rec. League.)

I/We, the parents and/or legal guardians of the above player give our approval for his participation in all softball and related activities. I/We do further hereby release, absolve of indemnity, and hold harmless South Coast Girls Softball League, the organizers, sponsors, coaches, managers, officers and volunteers, any and all of them. In case of injury to my daughter, I/we waive all claims against the South Coast Girls Softball League and all its’ organizers, sponsors, coaches, managers, officers and volunteers. I/we understand and accept that there is risk of injury during softball activities, and I/we accept sole responsibility for our daughters in the event of injury or accident. I/we likewise release from responsibility any person transporting my/our daughter to or from the activities.
